Fact-checked for 2026, this review breaks down the Hilton experience at Resorts World. While the rooms in Conrad and Crockfords remain structurally similar, the new 'Diamond Reserve' tier has changed the loyalty game. Learn about the Vegas Loop connection, updated F&B credit policies, and why Crockfords remains the better pick for luxury.
Looking for the best Hilton experience in Las Vegas? I have revisited both Conrad and Crockfords to see how the experience has evolved in 2026.
The massive Resorts World Las Vegas complex is the largest Hilton property in the world with 3,506 rooms. While its North Strip location used to feel isolated, the Vegas Loop (Tesla tunnels) now connects the hotel directly to the Convention Center and Encore/Wynn, making it much more accessible than in 2022.
The complex is also now a short walk from the massive Fontainebleau Las Vegas, which has revitalized this end of the Strip.

In 2026, Hilton introduced the Diamond Reserve tier. If you hold this status, check-in at the Conrad is now handled in a dedicated lounge rather than the standard lobby lane.
The Conrad rooms are modern but fairly standard for a high-end Vegas hotel. Tech-wise, the 2026 update includes much more reliable casting features for the 4K TVs and integrated room controls via the Hilton Honors app.

Crockfords (part of the LXR brand) remains the true luxury tier. The check-in is quiet, private, and offers a much more “boutique” feel than the Conrad.

Crockfords rooms are located on the highest floors (60+) and offer spectacular views. While the layout is similar to Conrad, the materials—from the linens to the stone in the bathroom—are higher quality.

One of the biggest complaints in 2022 was that Hilton credits were only valid at the Dawg House Saloon.
2026 Policy Change: Credits are now much more flexible. You can use your $25/day Hilton Gold/Diamond credit at Sun’s Out Buns Out, The Kitchen, and Junior’s. Impresario credits are also now accepted at Carversteak and Brezza.

The pool area remains the resort’s strongest feature. Crockfords guests still get a dedicated, quieter pool, but all guests can access the spectacular infinity pool overlooking the Strip.
